Famous quotes I hold dear:

“Let food be the medicine.” Natasha worked on a nutrition research study at Loma Linda University California, a leader in the field of health sciences education and research of the longest living people in the United States that promote plant-based eating.

Natasha worked with Humana for 10 years, one of the nation's largest publicly traded health and supplemental benefits companies and helped pioneer the first nutrition counseling/health coaching remote services for members before remote work with clients was popularized.
